As the Strategy Lead, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of our clients and their fungible tokens. In collaboration with senior leadership, you will create innovative token launch strategies, advise on ecosystem development, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful fungible token design and go-to-market execution.

The Role:
* You will develop token launch strategies, consult on ecosystem development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to help ensure successful fungible token design and go-to-market execution.
* Participate in client workshops aimed at comprehending business objectives, primary stakeholders, user incentives, token distribution dynamics, and optimal economy design
* Working alongside a token design lead and support busy data analysts and strategy associates
* Create and refine clients' long-term strategic roadmaps.

* Fully remote working predominantly within an EST time zone.
The person:
* Must have experience in a top investment bank or management consulting firm
* Must have strong 'go to market' strategy experience (Doesn't need to be within Web3)
* Must have a strong understanding of Web3 and its many applications (fungible tokens, NFTs, other blockchain)
* Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Must be happy to work in a fast pasted and ambitious / entrepreneurial environment.
* Happy to support an EST time zone remotely
