- Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
- Ensure office efficiency by implementing and maintaining office systems and procedures
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication via email, phone and mail
- Manage office supplies, radios and parts inventory for the location
- Support the Sales Manager with scheduling appointments, small quotes, presentations and reports
- Audit and monitor customer orders and service orders for the sales and technical staff
- Handle inbound and outbound UPS shipments
- 3-5 years’ experience as an Office Manager or relevant administrative role is preferred
- Experience with Profit and Loss (P&L) Statements
- Understanding of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 products i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel (Dynamics a plus)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills is a must
- Must have strong communication skills and be self-motivated
- Positive attitude, attention to detail and ability to work independently
