We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring efficient and effective administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
```Responsibilities```
- Manage and coordinate all administrative activities in the office
- Supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Assist with training and development of new employees
- Oversee human resources functions such as employee onboarding, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate office events and assist with event planning as needed
```Experience```
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with phone systems and proper phone etiquette
- Knowledge of training development principles is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in human resources or administrative support is preferred
