```Duties```
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries
- Accounts payable, record vendor invoices, review pricing and issue checks in a timely manner
- Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings with clients
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Fulfill merchandise sales orders, package and mail. Daily trips to post office
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data integrity
- Data entry - Quickbooks & Microsoft Office ( experience prefered and training offered)
```Experience```
- Proven experience in office management or a related field
- Knowledge of office procedures and systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in automotive environment is a plus
- Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
- Art background a plus, but not required
This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage the day-to-day operations of an office. The successful candidate will have experience in training development, schedule management, vendor management, and team management. They should also possess excellent communication skills to ensure smooth internal and external communication. Experience in medical office management is a plus.
