Duties:
- Handle daily office operations, including answering the phone, coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings, managing correspondence
- Prepare client billing/invoices and manage collections/accounts receivable
- Maintain office supplies
- Manage filing systems and ensure document organization
- Provide administrative support to staff members
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cpa office management or administrative role
- Strong clerical and organizational skills
- Proficient in schedule management and the Microsoft Office suite of products
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to operate phone systems
As the first person clients see when they walk in the door, our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The candidate should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
