We currently have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Office Manager at Independent Testing Technologies Waite Park office – company providing construction materials and soil testing services.
The Office Manager will be responsible for:
· Leading overall office administration, accounting and HR duties, including:
o Accounts Payable
o Accounts Receivable
o Payroll
o Expense Reports
o Journal Entries
o Account Reconciliation
o Federal and State Tax Reporting
o Financial Reporting
o Benefit/Insurance Management
· Handling copy services, word processing, mail and distribution services, office reception, office equipment, utility services and communication systems
· Contract processing
· Evaluating and improving office production
· Assisting in developing and revising office policies and procedures for improved work flow
· Assisting owners in monitoring budget for office related items and staff
· Supervision of part time receptionist.
3+ years of previous bookkeeping experience preferred. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks. Excellent social skills, project coordination experience and the ability to work well with all levels of management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to function well in a team-orientated environment - Bringing a positive, solution-oriented attitude into work every day. Looking for someone with strong prioritization, focus on quality, and attention to detail.
