Good Life Seeds is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team.

Position Overview: The purpose of this role is to provide customer service and administrative assistance ensuring efficient operation of the office through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material for the office. Must be a team player who is self-motivated, detailed oriented, with strong organizational skills.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- · Enter information into Quickbooks
- · Apply payments to accounts in a timely manner
- · Prepare customer invoices; reconcile customer accounts, etc.
- · Actively communicate with customers to adjust billing, answer questions, etc.
- · Research problem invoices; interface with vendors, customer service team, and other appropriate staff to reconcile
- · Maintain and update bookkeeping and accounting logs
- · Polished Microsoft Office Skills including Excel and One Note
- · Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls
- · Perform general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, typing, and mailing
- · Assist with special projects as needed
- · Assist in onboarding of new employees
- · Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts
- · Proficient computer skills
- · Maintain a safe and clean reception area
- · Acute attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- · Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- · Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

Education:
- High School Diploma, two years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Agricultural experience preferred but not required.
