Warren-T Plumbing Services is looking for the right fit for our office & billing manager. Prefer degree in business with accounting OR hold the equivalent in office-type setting. QuickBooks Desktop experience is helpful. The successful applicant will demonstrate employment reliability, trustworthy to make independent decisions, multi-tasks efficiently/accurately, and enjoys working with our valued customers.

Required: Business related diploma or degree including accounting & communication training or the equivalent experience within a growing established business.
Preferred: Both education & experience in business administration showing accuracy, efficient multi-tasking capabilities, and enthusiasm to learn and grow the business as a team.
Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop Accounting Software
Able to dispatch plumbers to jobs maintaining tight schedules.
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping
Customer Service Oriented
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per year
