Job Description
As the Office Manager at Twin Cities Auctions, you'll be more than just a cog in the wheel. You'll be the engine that keeps the office and customer processes running smoothly and efficiently. Duties and Responsibilities
- Inspire, hire, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all supervised positions are aligned with company goals.
- Proactively manage office supplies, anticipate needs, and handle procurement.
- Conduct meaningful performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and development opportunities.
- Address and resolve employee and customer service issues with integrity and poise.
- Improve company processes and procedures to create greater efficiencies and accuarcy
- Safeguard financial transactions and oversee cash handling procedures.
Requirements
- Associates degree or more college
- Background in automotive sales or vehicle business knowledge advantageous.
- 3+ years in management or similar role, demonstrating a trajectory of growth and skill development.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and adept in adopting new technology.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A track record of excellent customer service.
- Efficient typing skills (minimum 45 WPM) and basic 10 Key proficiency.
- Capable of multitasking effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and inventory management.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
- Bilingual abilities are highly regarded.
