- Obtain pricing/offers/samples/documents from all vendors
- Prepare and distribute pricing/offers/samples/documents to customers
- Prepare purchase orders with CEO, send to vendors and follow-up
- Coordinate shipments for incoming material between vendors, government agencies and customs brokers
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Coordinate treatments of all incoming/inventory materials (pest control/germ reduction)
- Send samples to lab, enter results and share with customers
- Review specs/CoAs of products and forward to customers
- Coordinate deliveries between warehouse staff, customers and transportation companies
- Enter invoices into ERP and send copies to customers for payments
- Review and record incoming payments (Check/ACH/Wire payments) and maintain accurate records
- Manage collection process with clients
- Maintain accurate customer files including obtaining any required documentation
- Order, prepare and execute any inspections (CBP, FDA, USDA, Organic, Kosher, City, County, State, etc.)
- Manage and resolve issues for office/warehouse vendors
- Ensure office and warehouse (with support from warehouse team) are compliant with safety and cleanliness requirements
- Quarterly inventory management
- Onboard and train other staff on processes & procedures
- Manage Amazon Account/Orders
- Other related duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
