Condominium Association is seeking a part time Onsite Condominium Office Assistant to perform general office tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Answers telephones promptly and assists owners and residents in person.
- Assist and track all vendors onsite.
- Collect and record owner’s payments.
- Tracks resident issues and work orders to submit Community Association Manager.
- Maintains Association files, mail, and office supply inventory.
- Maintains homeowner database, and homeowner files.
- Oversee rental applications and leases, maintain files.
- Performs property inspections as directed by Community Association Manager.
- Responsible for the gate system and cameras.
- Maintain the association website.
- May be assigned other duties by Community Association Manager.
Experience/Knowledge/Abilities:
Must possess strong administrative background. Strong working knowledge of customer service practices. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Intermediate level of computer hardware/software is required; specifically, knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Highly organized and able to effectively work with board members, unit owners and vendors.
Performs office work onsite directly related to condominium property management.
Position is Monday- Friday 6 hours per day, $18-19 per hour.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
