```Overview```
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Church Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. This is a key role that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
```Responsibilities```
- Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments and meetings
- Oversee office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate staff members
- Coordinate meeting times and locations
-Print and fold weekly worship bulletins and monthly newsletters
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents
-Assist compilation of reports, help maintain registrar books and statistics
- Supervise administrative volunteers and provide guidance and support as needed
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Assist with financial tasks such as expense tracking, and budgeting
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
```Qualifications```
- Experience in faith-based setting preferred
-Associates Degree preferred
-Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with accounting and database software is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
