Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Serve as the main point of contact for visitors and clients
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Skills:
- Experience/Proficiency in QuickBooks is desired
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in calendar management to ensure efficient scheduling of appointments and meetings
- Experience working as a clerk or in an administrative role is preferred
- Excellent schedule management skills to keep track of deadlines and deliverables
- Proven ability to manage an office environment efficiently
- Excellent front desk skills with a professional demeanor
