We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
*Creates policy/procedures
*Recommends processes and streamlines workflows
*Maintains efficiency in office and company administrative operations, information systems
*Creates and tracks renewal contracts
*Deals with vendors and procures goods and serivces
*Manages back of house systems (Updates expert/pipedrive fields/functionality) assures wifi/computers systems and software we use are always in working order- steps in to get IT or vendors to resolve software issues quickly.
*Reviews information systems we use and recommends upgrades or changes to increase productivity.
*Digitizes/automates workflows.
*Runs critical reporting from Votacall or IT for productivity.
*Purchases goods.
*Approves invoices from vendors.
*Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
*Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
*Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
*Strong organizational and time management abilities
*Ability to supervise and motivate a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
