Who We Are
We are a residential and light commercial construction company based in Camden, ME. We specialize in custom, high-performance and low-carbon building techniques. Working in collaboration with architects, designers, and trade partners, we deliver projects with a keen attention to detail. Our projects and clients align with our values of enthusiasm around environmental preservation and community engagement.
Office Manager
We are seeking an Office Manager with 3 years of management experience, preferably within the construction industry, ready to take ownership and initiative in their work in supporting our growing company.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Strict attention to detail and ability to organize documentation
- Employee information maintenance, including managing the administrative process of onboarding new team members
- Motivated to identify and implement internal system improvements i.e.generate company templates and maintain an organized file system for project documents
- Eagre to collaborate with Owners to develop/or maintain company standards, policies and procedures
- Professionally respond to incoming phone calls and emails and follow through with appropriate action to each inquiry
- Data management, including maintaining project leads, trade partnership agreements and insurance
- Respectful communication skills with team members, trade partners, and clients
- Management of client gifts after project close out
- Troubleshoot technology issues, coordinating with outside IT support as needed
- Supporting company event coordination with Owners
- Managing bookkeeping processes
- Supporting development of projects by assembling job books
- Maintaining social media platforms with consistent posts and engagement
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform products
- Familiarity with Quickbooks, preferably as it relates to construction bookkeeping
What we offer
This is a minimum 30 hour per week position, with the potential for full time employment. Compensation is $30 per hour with a flexible hybrid work schedule. Necessary technology to support this position will be provided. We value providing a fun, safe work environment that welcomes diversity.
