* Answering incoming phone calls
* Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
* Provide administrative support to ensure efficiency and improved operations performance
* Capable of receiving directing, and communicate with appropriate team members to meet intended results
*Manage employee files
* Manage employee time and attendance
* Taking payments on the phone
* Applying Cash Receipts
* Posting Accounts Payable
* Filing
* Strong bookkeeping background
* Willing to work as a team to meet deadlines
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, QuickBooks, etc.)
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
* Knowledge of office functions, systems and procedures
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Additional Requirements
* Clean driving record
* Successful completion of Criminal Background Check]
* Ability to pass a drug screening

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
