Office Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Office Manager. As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front office and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Manage all front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, taking payments, handling accounts receivables and payables.
Oversee the handling of phone calls and emails, ensuring prompt and courteous responses
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Familiarity with basic management software is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $800.00 per week
