We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Office Manager to join our team and oversee various administrative functions within our custom countertop company. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling for templaters, installers, and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing, billing, and collections.
- Coordinate purchasing activities, including sourcing materials and supplies, negotiating with vendors, and managing inventory levels.
- Oversee payroll processing and maintain accurate records of employee hours, wages, and benefits.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Prior experience in the countertop industry or construction-related field is preferred but not required.
