Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage office staff, including clerical and administrative personnel
- Oversee and coordinate daily office operations and procedures
- Develop and implement efficient office policies and procedures
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained
- Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars for executives and staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Coordinate meetings, and events
- Handle payroll processing, including maintaining employee records and ensuring accurate and timely payment
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Assist with special projects as assigned

Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role (Min 2 years)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in office management is a plus
- Familiarity with payroll systems and processes is preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
