A Walk For All Seasons is a very well-established pet concierge service company that has been providing exceptional pet care for the Lake County since 2009. Our team consists of independent contractors who have dedicated their lives to caring for animals.
A Walk For All Seasons is looking for an energetic and positive individual to assist with a variety of tasks as an Office Manager. The ideal candidate should be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will have to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and reliable. The candidate also must be at least 21 years of age and an animal lover.

Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the point person for mailing, answering emails, and ordering supplies for the business
- General clerical duties including filing, photocopying, scanning and mailing for both the business and business owner’s personal records
- Handles invoicing clients once a month through QuickBooks platform
- Manage payments from clients and reconcile QuickBooks
- Manage setting up new clients by sending new paperwork, deposits, and setting up in QuickBooks
- Send mass emails to clients through Mailchimp to notify of severe weather and any business updates
- Responsible for designing and managing client holiday cards along with holiday gifts for local businesses
- Design and order AWFAS marketing materials
- Manage and maintain A Walk For All Seasons website
- Manage bank account, Venmo account, and check PO box for checks and business mail
- Assist with hiring new independent contractors
- Maintain office policies as necessary and organize office operations and procedures
Job Requirements
- Administrative or assistant experience
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Previous experience using Quickbooks and previous invoicing experience
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Drive
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize work and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Provide your own reliable transportation
- Capable of accommodating work requests from home or on the go, but must be able to go into the office at least once to twice a week
- Must check the PO box for checks and business mail
