Ironsides Animal Health is looking for an additional team member to add to our 4 doctor highly progressive and expanding herd health practice. While we provide several services in house, we pride ourselves on creating lasting, cross-sector relationships to maximize full service potential. From diagnostics to nutritional formulation, we team up with some of the best names in the industry to assure that all of our clients needs are met. This position will be based at our headquarter location in the destination small town of Lewisburg, WV.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Process and fulfill Sales Orders, complete Purchase Orders, and manage Inventory.
- Manage phone calls, emails, package, letters and other forms of correspondence.
- Maintain office supply and product inventory.
- Maintain office records, documentation, and files.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Great customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Extensive knowledge of office management procedures.
- Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in office or business administration, or related field preferred.
- At least three years of administrative and clerical experience required.
- Experience with POS or ERP systems a plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
