Tech-Savvy Individual Wanted: Office IT Support Specialist at ICC

Seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our growing team as an Office IT Support Specialist. ICC, a leading wholesale manufacturer in the telecommunications industry for 39+ years, offers a stable and rewarding career for the right candidate.

In this role, you will:

• Manage the configuration, deployment, and support of various office equipment (desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, etc.)
• Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our local area network and voice communication systems
• Provide timely and effective technical support to employees for software and hardware issues, including training on new applications
• Utilize strong diagnostic skills to pinpoint problems, investigate, and recommend solutions
• Demonstrate proficiency in setting up and taking down workstation equipment

To qualify:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role or equivalent training
• Strong understanding of current technologies like Active Directory, Windows OS, Windows Server, MS365, and SharePoint
• Hands-on experience with hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
