Job Description
Established, stable and rapidly growing copier/printer sales and service company is looking to hire qualified printer technicians to provide outstanding Field Service support in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area for HP printers, Canon Multi-function copiers, and Zebra thermal printers. We've been in the business for over 25 years, and have a reputation for being the best, our service is second to none. Our technicians are expected to perform break/fix repairs on a variety of printer models, deliver/install toner for customers, gather page counts on a monthly basis, install/move printers with help from our delivery team and IT staff, and work closely with our other technicians and dispatch team to accomplish a common goal of making our customers as happy as possible.
Preferred traits/requirements
-Efficient manager of your time
-Good customer service skills
-Must have reliable transportation
-Computer skills (quickly type/respond to emails, basic Excel knowledge, ability to troubleshoot applications to determine if its a PC or printer issue)
-Ability to use a smartphone
-One year or more of experience with break/fix printer repair on HP's
-Ability to pass drug test and background check
This is a full-time job with health, dental benefits, vision benefits, life insurance, gym reimbursement, and 401k with company match. The primary hours are Monday-Friday 8-5. Monthly incentive bonuses, and mileage reimbursement on top of your hourly wage.
