Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with enthusiasm and positivity.
- Share product knowledge and make personalized recommendations.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
- Assist with restocking shelves and inventory management.
- Stay informed about industry trends and new product arrivals.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and working collaboratively.
Requirements:
- Previous retail sales experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Smoke Shop products and accessories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- 1 year of experience preferred.
Skills:
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Proven sales skills and the ability to upsell products.
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:
Starting pay at $16 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
