We are looking for a responsible Office Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks, including shipping and receiving. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include support to customers, mainly dealers and restaurants. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish and be able to organize their work using tools, like Excel and office equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Receive purchase orders, send confirmations and schedule freight for orders
- Shipping online orders
- Perform data entry and operations in Quickbooks
- Work with clients, ensuring excellence in Customer Service
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Provides general administrative support, including mailing, scanning, and copying
Skills:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office administrative assistant
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Quickbooks experience (preferred)
- Fluent in Spanish
- Fluent in Microsoft, Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Associate or High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant will be a plus

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
