Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative
Super Brothers Plumbing Heating & Air is looking for highly motivated professionals with career opportunities. Currently, the company has an open position: Dispatcher; with experience in sales. Fluency in professional written and spoken English. Ability to work with people and organizational skills.
Duties:
- Coordinate and manage scheduled jobs, including scheduling and dispatching of technicians.
- Obtaining building permits and other paperwork
- Communicate with technicians and customers to ensure timely service.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Communication with customers through various channels
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in transportation management or dispatching is preferred.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proficient in using phone systems for communication purposes.
