Job Duties:
- Answer phones, greet customers, and help with customer inquiries
- Coordinate import shipments from Taiwan to Yama Seiki.
- Generate purchase orders, quotations, and invoices
- Coordinate shipment schedules with distributors and/or customers.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Data entry and continual maintenance for department related records
- Weekly reports and analysis.
- Build strong relationships between distributors and end-users.
- Additional administrative tasks as necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree
- Fluent in speaking and writing English is a must.
- Legal working status
- No related industry experience necessary, will train.
- Detail Oriented.
- PC literate with knowledge of Word/PowerPoint/Excel
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
