Education
Associate degree is required. A combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
Experience
Two years in an administration coordination capacity required. Clinical experience as an LPN/MA required.
Certifications/ Licensures
LPN license required.
Physical Requirements
Light Work: Frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 lbs. with a maximum lifting of 25 lbs.
