- Handle inbound and outbound calls using proper phone etiquette.
- Maintain a well-organized and professional workspace.
- Maintain strong knowledge of products, policies, and services of the organization.
- Meet and greet walk in customers. Transfer customer to our Scheduling Department to set up a free, in-home estimate.
- Receive new contracts from the Sales Department and entering data into Window World's CRM program and QuickBooks
- Accurately create and update customer accounts and input records of customer interactions into CRM.
- Schedule appointments with both customers and Window World team.
- Manage communication between customers and installation and service teams
- Receiving payments after the project is completed and entering data into Window World's CRM program and QuickBooks
- Resolve customer issues by determining cause of problem, facilitating a resolution, and timely following up with customers.
Qualifications:
- Pleasant personality with energetic spirit
- Prior Customer Service experience is essential
- Prior data entry skills are preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Strong math skills
