Front Office Scheduling Coordinator

We are looking for an associate that meets our core values here at Children's Dentistry - loyal, compassionate, level headed, honest, goal oriented, patient centric, and energetic. This team members role is to greet families with a friendly demeanor and have professional telephone etiquette. This position is often the first impression by phone and in person that patients have of our practice and we are looking for someone that will deliver a great first impression. The job duties include answering phones, communicating by text, scheduling, checking messages, managing correspondence, importing and scanning documents, cleaning and stocking the Front Office and reception area, and multitasking. Our team is looking for a person that has a growth mindset and willingess to learn new skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 34 per week
