Bluffton Mobile Physical Therapy, LLC is an outpatient physical therapy clinic servicing the Bluffton & Hilton Head area. Our physical therapists offer mobile (in-home) physical therapy services as well as seeing patients at our office which is located inside of PULSEology Fitness Club.
Bluffton Mobile Physical Therapy, LLC is looking for an Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, reporting, billing, marketing and record keeping. We are seeking an individual who is personable, outgoing, customer service centered, and an excellent communicator. The ability to support patients, answer their questions, and lead them in directions to solve any issues they may have is essential.
*Candidate must live in the Bluffton/Hilton Head Island area*
General Job Responsibilities:
- Scheduling patients
- Collecting intake information and administrating new patient documents
- Answering incoming calls
- Verifying insurance benefits
- Calling insurance companies while researching Explaination of Benefits
- Prior Authorizations
- Marketing
- Assisting with billing
- Assist staff as needed
- Communicate any schedule changes to staff
Essential Job Functions:
- Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Able to demonstrate excellent phone etiquette
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Must be able to manage time
- Requires the ability to multitask
- Proficient computer skills and software knowledge
Requirements:
- Medical front desk experiene is required
- Must be outgoing, professional, and organized
