Job Duties:
Greet patients and provide outstanding customer service.
Collecting, posting, and depositing patient payments.
Call new referrals and manage the phone system.
Electronic scheduling.
Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
Update patient charts as needed.
Reconciliation of the day prior.
Faxing, filing, and performing any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
High school graduate or higher.
1+ years of previous medical Front Office experience.
Excellent communicator.
Proficient in Word and Excel.
Previous experience with medical software.
Available and flexible with your hours.
Detail oriented.
Great time management and organizational skills .
Contributes to a team environment.
This location will be the primary work location but please understand you may be required to cover at other local offices on occasion.
