Office Coordinator Job Description
Oversee general activities of the office while interacting closely with outside organizations that drive the company forward. The Office Coordinator will work closely with customer service and marketing departments specifically.
Responsibilities
• Interact with customers via email and phone to answer questions regarding product.
• Maintain product library including studio and lifestyle photos and videos.
• Work as the liaison between GForce Arms and outside marketing organizations to make sure all marketing
projects are organized and on schedule.
• Oversee 5-10 trade shows per year, including booth design/setup, sale sheets, etc.
• Be willing to wear multiple hats in a growing company.
Requirements
• Two years of office administrative experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in creating growth through social media.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Photoshop, and possibly Word Press.
• A creative mind.
Qualities
• Someone who enjoys being around firearms and has a basic knowledge of firearm components
and mechanics.
• Someone with highly developed skills in producing content, who demonstrates attention to
detail in spelling, punctuation, and grammar in all written work.
• An individual who values the importance of timekeeping.
• An individual who wants to make a difference and be part of a small but thriving, modern and
successful company who are constantly innovating.
• Honesty and a good sense of humor is essential.
