As an Office/Warehouse Coordinator you will assist the company by efficiently and accurately coordinating the activities and operations of the office and warehouse along with running any necessary parts to our installation teams.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in management of warehouse inventory
• Assisting in the coordination for movement of products throughout the warehouse including storage and shipment of finished products.
• Delivering parts and tools to installation teams as needed.
• Cleaning and stocking of installation crew trailers.
• Performing other related duties as directed.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• General office duties including answering telephones, greeting customers, accepting packages and mail.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.
• Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to move around the warehouse.
• Microsoft Office
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clear MVR.
• Warehouse experience preferred.

$21 per hour
