ROLE
This position would support the Front Office operations and take on administrative paper work from the leadership to give them more time to be at the Front Desk.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Follow all Safety and Security procedures to protect and ensure the safety of our guests, employees and assets.
· Maintain a flexible work schedule based on business needs.
· Provide exceptional customer service in every interaction with owners and guests.
· Ensure all interaction with guests, owners and associates with our Yes& family of companies is done so in a positive, friendly manner.
· Resolution based service.
· The safety and security of guest, associates and company assets is always the highest of priorities.
· Supports the Operations Management team (AGM and GM) with administrative functions, so management may focus on exceptional service for the guest.
· Assist in communication with guest such as- correspondence and follow up with the LRAs.
· Documenting all payables.
· Coordination of any projects that need to be communicated and needs to be documented.
· Assist in reconciliation of the department documenting the cash transactions, month end property comps, folio balance detail and employee incentives.
· Reviewing daily housekeeping and engineering logs.
· Pre blocking owner and exchange request 2 weeks out.
· Scrubbing exchange reservations.
· Anything management is measuring, creating documentation for the project.
· Ordering department supplies, keeping stock and inventories.
· Helping with any employee relations documents when needed.
· Inputting reservations at times for marketing, preventive maintenance, housekeeping and employee.
· Coordination of mini vac deliveries.
· Any task as assigned by the Resort Leadership team.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
· High school or equivalent education required
· Prior front desk or hotel guest service experience strongly preferred. 1-2 years prior customer service experience required.
· Extensive experience with computers and telephones.
· Professional appearance that is clean, natural, polished, and professional
· Effective communication skills and proficient oral and written English language skills
· Excellent computer skills
· Extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services and facilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
