Quality Carriers, Inc. (QC), headquartered in Tampa, FL, is North America's largest bulk liquid chemical carrier. Through a network of more than 100 terminals and facilities, we transport a broad range of chemical products and provide our customers with value-added transportation services.
Quality Carriers is currently seeking a Terminal Support Coordinator to assist with terminal operations in Carlin, NV. The Terminal Support Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of all office functions. Coordinate service per customer requirements and assist the terminal manager in executing any and all management functions.
Essential Functions:
- Coordinate with customer scheduling to meet their needs. Assisting the terminal manager with maintaining a good business relationship with customers and vendors.
- Responsible for billing, processing purchase orders, tracking and collection of past due invoices. Assist with the monitoring of terminal revenue.
- Maintaining cash receipts, tolls, fuel logs for drivers.
- Processing of new hires, payroll, and vacation tracking.
- General clerical duties, maintenance of files, answering phones and updating manuals.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Minimum Experience
- High School Diploma
- 1 - 2 years office experience
Minimum special knowledge and skills required:
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products helpful.
- Knowledge of data entry, A/P, A/R, filing and typing.
- Good communication skills, written and verbal.
- Maintain a strong work ethic, ability to deal with people.
- Leadership qualities.
