Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate client records and update information as necessary
- Delivering an amazing client experience when clients come to office
- Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administrative support
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations in a corporate setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, staff and vendors
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling high call volumes
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
