Office Coordinator II:

Responsibilities:

  • Provides support to the administrative staff, physicians, and employees to perform a variety of duties that facilitate daily operations.
  • Acts as the primary liaison between community-based agencies, faith-based organizations, other community stakeholders, the patient, the Prevention Center, Primary Care Physicians, specialty providers, the referral team, and other internal and external service providers
  • To enhance service delivery in the coordination and recruitment for the HIV Prevention Programs including Emergency Food Support Services.
  • This position will provide includes community-based and social network outreach, rapid HIV testing.
  • Oversee, train on site staff and volunteers/ interns on workflows and internal processes; coordinates with program leadership for developing and modifying standardized documentation via EMR, Plentiful, Eval Web, AIRS etc.
  • Support daily operations of the food pantry along with other site operations and or duties. not limited to additional responsibilities.
  • Coordinate departmental office functions including organizing clerical functions and determining priority of tasks to unsure efficient office operations.
  • Develops and implements office procedures and systems in collaboration with the manager to organize and coordinate specialized clerical functions in areas such as patient billing, credentialing, medical records, accounts, or grants management etc.
  • Trains staff in specialized procedures and monitors their development and performance.


Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience
  • Food Protection Certification, TEFAP Civil Rights Training
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs


Shift:

Monday – Friday 8:300a-5:00p


Associates are eligible to apply for a lateral transfer after completion of one (1) year of service in their present position, with the following exception: an Associate who has received a written warning is not eligible for a transfer/promotion prior to six (6) months from date of issuance; an Associate who has been suspended is not eligible for transfer/promotion prior to one (1) year from date of suspension. Part-time Associates who have completed their probationary period can move to full-time vacancies within their department provided such movement will not unreasonably reduce the operational efficiency of that department. Probationary period is three (3) months for full-time employees, and four (4) months for part-time employees who works more than 3/5 of the normal workweek.
