Office Coordinator – (Onsite – Concord, CA)
We are actively seeking an Office Coordinator for a part-time, onsite role with a global consumer goods and services company in the East Bay Metro area. The ideal candidate will assist with administration duties and office procedures. This individual will assume responsibility for all mail and packages, while assisting the Office Coordinator in ensuring the day-to-day operations at HQ run smoothly.

Office Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Receive daily mail and packages and review mail for high priority documents to ensure expedited delivery.
- Scan all mail received and distribute appropriately, while documenting inventory of all mail.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with timeliness and discretion.
- Partner with Payroll team to ensure payroll mail and garnishments are successfully documented and processed.
- Spearhead office organizational refresh; partnering with on-site teams to organize and implement storage solutions to streamline office operations.
- Assist with event and offsite set-up and clean-up.
- Monitor lunch program deliveries and put-away, making recommendations for quantity based on attendance to reduce waste.
- Monitor office stock of snacks and beverages; work with MFCs to coordinate deliveries and restock as needed.
- Offer support to the Office Coordinator to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.
- Partner with Office Coordinator on special projects and other duties as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of third party and staff information.
Office Coordinator Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, along with relevant professional experience.
- 1-2 years of administrative or office coordination experience.
- Computer proficiency and working knowledge of GSuite and Gmail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Be a creative thinker with an ability to suggest improvements.
- Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities.
- Ability to work well either independently or as part of a team.
