Office manager responsibilities:
- Establish and Organize office operations, policies and procedures. Keep office organized and stocked
- Manage Accounts Receivable/payable, prepare invoices, prepare lien waivers
- Administrative responsibilities and tasks
- Responsible for assisting in recruiting staff for the office and providing orientation and training to new employees
- Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, travel
- Organize orientation and training of new staff members
- Design and implement filing systems and keep filing current
- Establish and monitor procedures for record-keeping
- Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
- Oversee adherence to office policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Manage internal staff relations
