You are considered the Director of First Impressions, you set the tone for the clients experience. It is imperative that all client and visitor engagement is warm, friendly, and professional.
Position Responsibilities:
- Receiving clients and visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Stocking of supplies and conference rooms
- Ensure Reception area it tidy and presentable
- Coordination of office lunches and general secretarial work
