Personal Assistant

I run an online e-commerce music brand where I make beats (instrumentals for singers and rappers) and sell them online for people to use to make songs with. I am looking for a jack/jill-of-all trades character who can help me with the day-to-day admin running the business. I need someone reliable who is eager to learn but can also take initiative and figure things out on their own and take care of admin tasks so I can spend more time working on the creative side of the business (making the music, working with artists, and releasing new products).

Responsibilities:
- Messages, email responses, lead generation, client outreach
- Photography and content creation (some days I will need a photographer/videographer to film me doing my day to day activities)
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and meetings
- Simple video editing
- Simple photo editing and graphic design (little experience needed)
- Conduct research and gather information as needed
- Day-to-day admin tasks such as running errands, setting up accounts, uploading files
- Assist with travel arrangements

Requirements:
- Experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Eager to learn and hard working
- Attention to detail
- Reliable. I need someone who I don't have to babysit. Someone reliable that I can trust to turn up on time and get the job done
- Familiarity with iCal (calendar)
- Creative with an artistic eye for photography, video, and graphic design
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Friendly demeanour (you will be communicating with clients via email on behalf of me, so my good reputation relies on clear friendly communication even though at times people can be frustrating to deal with)
- Good communicator, able to take initiative and figure out how to complete tasks on your own
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion

Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
