MAJOR FUNCTIONAL OBJECTIVE
The Help Desk Coordinator will be accountable for maintaining and administering all helpdesk services, troubleshooting and implementing desktops, laptops and peripheral systems through the use of the existing ticketing systems. This individual will collaborate with technical staff, vendors and service providers to ensure that there is excellent customer service and system availability. The role also involves taking charge of accounts management, system monitoring, and resolving technical issues. Additionally, the job will require project management and assistance with various infrastructure needs.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
• Provide end-user support and manage the daily needs of the network system.
• Collaborate with other team members, users, and project managers to deliver timely and above-average solutions.
• Administer account management, email access, and access to information
• Manage technical resources and office/technical/workstation modernization projects
• Troubleshoot and maintain computer systems. Resolve hardware, software, and network issues by utilizing the help desk incident tracking system. Respond to work tickets accordingly and within the set timeframe.
• Troubleshoot and maintain various electronic equipment such as printers, scanners, security cameras and other peripherals.
• Configure and troubleshoot VOIP and Cellular phones.
• Deploy new employee desktop, laptops, printers and other peripherals
• Instruct and train all levels of staff on fundamental IT functions and generic network procedures.
• Manage and maintain a hardware/software list and ensure compliance with all licenses.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and vendors for problem-solving with tickets.
• Acquire a strong understanding of business functions and procedures and take the initiative to develop improved user efficiencies by studying current practices and suggesting potential modifications.
• Comprehend and comply with disaster recovery plans when necessary.
• Translate technical language into non-technical understanding.
• Work cooperatively with others on a team to share information, resolve conflicts, and make decisions in all aspects of Information Technology and/or systems operations.
• Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing ERP system and business issues.
• Install software upgrades, personal computer software packages, and hardware peripheral devices.
• Evaluate, recommend and modify system's performance as needed.
• Conduct after-hours on-site and remote work that may be necessary for emergency and routine maintenance.
• Order departmental supplies as needed.
• Undertake special IT projects as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Be a role model in environmental health and safety, particularly by:
• Abiding by and enforcing the health, safety, and environmental protection instructions and regulations (particularly the LISI golden rules)
• Correcting any malfunction or hazardous circumstance in the health, safety, and environmental protection areas as soon as feasible or informing his or her hierarchy and/or the HSE department
• Implementing preventive measures to minimize the environmental impact and manage health and safety hazards.
• Participate in requests, analyses (of risks, incidents), and HSE working groups that relate to their professional field.
• Be familiar with the principal health and safety hazards and environmental effects associated with their professional field.
• Be familiar with the site's HSE policies and goals.
• Be proactive in enhancing working conditions and reducing environmental impact.
INFORMATION SYSTEM SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS
• Participate in Information System Security employee awareness sessions.
• Promote and contribute to the Information System Security culture's growth
• Be a role model in Information System Security, especially by:
• Adhering to and enforcing the regulations and instructions concerning Information Security
• Immediately correcting or reporting any malfunction or hazardous circumstance in the Information System Security area to his or her hierarchy and/or the ISMS Manager
• Implementing preventive measures to minimize the Information Security risk.
• Participate in requests, analyses (of risks, incidents), and Information System Security working groups that relate to their professional field.
• Be familiar with the Lisi Automotive Information System Security policy and objectives (GISSP, ISSP).
• Be proactive in enhancing working conditions and minimizing the Information Security risk.

You should possess:
- IT Equipment (Servers, Networks, Telecom, Cloud) proficiency
- IT Compliance Requirements (CCPA, GDPR) knowledge
- IT Infrastructure Hardware Experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
- Basic Computer Skills

$60000 - $65000 / hr
