- Invoicing of customer orders
- Answering phones, directing calls, relaying messages
- Customer service via phone and email
- Assisting with the picking and packing of customer orders
- Shipping customer orders via UPS
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Clerk, invoice clerk or relevant administrative role
- Proven expertise of customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
