Some details about the job:

• Invoicing of customer orders
• Answering phones, directing calls, relaying messages
• Customer service via phone and email
• Assisting with the picking and packing of customer orders
• Shipping customer orders via UPS

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Office Clerk, invoice clerk or relevant administrative role
• Proven expertise of customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
