JOB Details

• $20-22/ Per hour DOE
• M-F no weekends
• Assis Terminal with OS&D
• Reviews and investigates overages, shortages, and damages to reduce or eliminate loss and damage claims.
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned
• Work with Customer Service
• Assist Service Center Manager
• Help with Billing related issues

Job Requirements:

• 1+ years Customer Service / clerical experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and Customer Service skills
• Computer skills - email, excel, word, etc
• Ability and willingness to learn
• High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
