Job Duties
- Complete permit applications for residential and commercial upcoming jobs (some travel will be required and a company vehicle will be offered)
- Maintain and update permit data sheet
- Assist with data entry tasks and ensure accuracy of information
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence
- Assist with call overflow from reception
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and filing
- Communicating with customers for appointment scheduling through phone calls and our website inquiries.
- Confirming existing appointments 24 hours or 1 business day prior to scheduled appt.
- Using a CRM Management system to detail all notes in customer contacts & job file creation
- General troubleshooting and usage of all office equipment including computers, printer, scanner, fax, and phones
- Tracking inventory of office supplies, forms, books, and merchandise and reporting our needs to Admin. Assistant for ordering
- Digital document creation including project completion certificates and lien waivers
- Prepare Customer Warm & Fuzzy bags as giveaways for completed projects and update inventory accordingly
- Provide general administrative support as needed
