Location: Parsippany, NJ
Our client who is a leading law firm in New Jersey is currently seeking a part-time File Clerk to join its growing team at its corporate headquarters in Parsippany, NJ. This is a great part-time opportunity for anyone including students, moms who want to re-enter the workforce, or retirees looking for something new offering flexibility. Ideally looking for someone to work Monday thru Friday 9-2pm
Compensation Commensurate with experience. ($16-$19/hr)
Essential Job Functions:
- Organizing files both paper and electronic
- Filing
- Data entry
- Maintaining workroom
- Scan completed files
- Assist Paralegals
- Other projects as needed
Qualifications
File Clerk Qualifications/Skills:
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality and privacy
- Adept typing, word-processing, and data-entry skills
- Verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Knowledge of basic office and administrative software such as MS Office
Computer Skills
- Microsoft Office Skills
