Office Clerk

We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Clerk to join our growing team here at Domestic Uniform Rental, where we have been providing the industry’s best service to our customers for over 90 years!

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
• Review, prepare, and code daily and monthly invoices to be submitted for payment.
• Sort and distribute internal and external daily mail and paperwork.
• File all paid daily and monthly invoices.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous administrative office or customer service experience preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and complete assignments in a timely manner
