Data Entry Clerk - Remote/Office

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our company's computer systems. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate must be proficient in the use of computer software and possess excellent typing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and verify data accurately and efficiently
• Maintain confidentiality regarding all information processed
• Organize and file documents and records
• Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity
• Update and correct information as needed
• Communicate with team members to resolve data discrepancies
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Strong typing skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
