SITE: Goodwill Maintenance Garage - 65 South Fifth Street - Newark, Ohio 43055
DAYS/HOURS: Monday-Friday 16-20 hrs. per week Flex schedule Between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
PAY: $14.00-16.00 depending on experience
DUTIES:
Maintain a friendly and professional environment by greeting and assisting visiting colleagues, vendors, clients, and customers.
Assist the Transportation/Maintenance Supervisor with various administrative tasks.
Demonstrate strong, professional written and verbal (telephone and in person) communication skills, etiquette and conflict-resolution ability.
Maintain transportation/maintenance records (i.e., billing and purchasing). Receive, distribute, and monitor Support Work Requests.
Collect vehicle safety check list and completes Monthly Fleet Report.
Uses technology to complete special projects, organizes information, and prioritize duties.
Attend and participate in appropriate meetings.
All other duties as assigned.
SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Knowledge of modern technology, such as, PC, Microsoft Office Suite, copier, scanner, telephone, and other office equipment.
Ability to work independently and manage assigned projects to completion required.
Ability to communicate clearly and courteously as well as work with individuals with disabilities and other barriers.
Ability to lift 25 pounds.
